Que es?
El certificado de eficiencia energética es un documento oficial que califica de forma objetiva las características energéticas de un edificio. Calculando el consumo anual de energía necesario para satisfacer la demanda energética de un edificio en condiciones normales de ocupación y funcionamiento.

Para que sirve?
El certificado de eficiencia energética permite a los compradores y usuarios, comparar y valorar las prestaciones de un inmueble.
Es obligatorio que la etiqueta energética acompañe a cualquier actividad comercial que se realice para vender o alquilar una vivienda. Por ejemplo, entre otros, en los escaparates de las agencias inmobiliarias y en los diversos portales de internet deberá aparecer la etiqueta energética del inmueble objeto de venta o de alquiler.
